LIVE MUSIC SOUNDTRACKS TO SILENT FILM
An emotional journey of the senses, "The Island Tapes" fuses Celtic Guitar playing
and Gaelic song in a live soundtrack for silent black and white scottish archive films.
It's now available as a stunning CD-DVD featuring acoustic guitarist David Allison,
classical player Allan Neave, fingerstylist Ian Melrose and singer Alyth McCormack.
The overall project also includes two sister shows, "The St Kilda Tapes"
featuring Norman Gillies and Murnau's classic horror film "Nosferatu".
